How do I join?
Place your first order. Once we confirm it, you are enrolled and a membership code is issued to your account. There is no fee and nothing to renew.
How is my tier decided?
By your membership number, which follows the order in which members arrive. Members 1 to 50 are Mercury, 51 to 250 Venus, and 251 to 750 Terra. Your tier is fixed for life.
What happens after member 750?
The founding tiers close. Later customers still receive an account and a membership code, but no tier benefits attach to it.
Where do I find my membership code?
In your account, on your membership card, once your first order is confirmed.

- Releases of collections open in sequence: Mercury members first, then Venus, then Terra, and finally to the public.
- Referral credits accumulate without limit: apply up to three to any single order, and carry the rest forward.
- Your first purchase brings a 12-digit code which is a permanent seal of where you stand in the history of the brand.
- In time, Orbit will unlock exclusive privileges with our partner houses as the community grows.
